Symptoms
Accumulator CH_TX_04 don't work with Multi Contract Company.
Source Tax calculation use the Accumulator CH_TX_02 and CH_TX_04, see formulas CH_TX_FO100, CH_TX_FO110, CH_TX_FO050,...
With Multi Contract Company, Source Tax is calculated in legal record. The CH_TX_02 is compatible with the Multi Contract, CH_TX_04 is not compatible, CM_MC_TX04 does not exist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Elements > Supporting Elements > Accumulators
2. Search for Accumulator CH_TX_04.
