GPCHE: Swissdec 5 - Source Tax Has Incorrect <CantonCH> Contents For Marriage Partners With "Same Address". (Doc ID 3001473.1)

Symptoms

When running the Source Tax report of Swissdec-5 the user gets validation errors for the of marriage partners when switch "same address" in the dependency page for them.
The report then shows "EX" instead of the correct canton.
When user enter an own address for the marriage partner, then the canton is OK.


Validation error message:

[error] : Line= 2 Column= 10933 Text: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 2; columnNumber: 10933; cvc-enumeration-valid: Value 'EX' is not facet-valid with respect to enumeration '[AG, AI, AR, BE, BL, BS, FR, GE, GL, GR, JU, LU, NE, NW, OW, SG, SH, SO, SZ, TG, TI, UR, VD, VS, ZG, ZH]'. It must be a value from the enumeration.
[error] : Line= 2 Column= 10933 Text: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 2; columnNumber: 10933; cvc-type.3.1.3: The value 'EX' of element 'CantonCH' is not valid.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In company KW5 take an employee and verify he has a good and complete address with valid effective date :
    Navigation: Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person
2. Add the marriage partner of the employee in the dependent information page with « Same Address as Employee and ensure a valid effective date
    Navigation: Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Personal Relationships > Dependent Information
3. Add source tax situation for the employee with a tax code for marirage person with a valid effective date to ensure that information about the marriage partner (spouse) can be found.
    Navigation: Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Source Tax Data CHE
4. Run pay roll for the month of December 2021 (or any other month that matches with your data)
5. Run Source tax report with a domain that is linked to the Swissdec-5 source tax
    Navigation: Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence > Monthly XML CHE
6. Do the validation and view file for more details
    Navigation: Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence > Monthly XML CHE
    Process File tab - click Validate file.
