TSCI:Citizenship Transaction Page Does Not Display TCSI Errors (Doc ID 3001509.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, International Features

When attempting to POST a citizenship record for STUD001/PGRD/0 via the API Process a TCSI error was returned (this was expected as part of the test case).

The error displayed in the message log (process instance 17013253)
The error displayed when querying the transaction table for trans id 28047
However, the error was not displayed in the Citizenship Transaction page
