Symptoms
Child process AR_PREDICT1 of ARPREDCT job is taking more time to complete. On step (AR_PREDICT1.ID_CUST.MICRCUCM) (SQL) process has taken more than 3 hours.
1. Navigate to Accounts Receivable / Payments / Apply Payments / Request Payment Predictor;
2. Run Payment Predictor ARPREDCT job.
