Supplier's Permission List is Updating When Supplier Locks the User Account (Doc ID 3001855.1)

Symptoms

Supplier's Permission list updating when Supplier locks the user account.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles.
    Search for 'ESCSPSUPPLIER2'. Note that at Permission list information:
         Process Profile is 'EPSS8000'and Primary: 'EPSS8000'
2. From supplier portal, supplier secure page press on Manage profile tile
3. Now press on review user profiles and select that user
4. Lock the account
5. Now from Employee Portal review the same user, notice that the account is locked as expected but the Process profile has changed to:
  Process Profile: 'EPMP8000' and Primary 'EPMP8000'
6. From supplier portal unlock the profile again
7. Notice that the process profile doesn’t revert back to the original value
