HCM 9.2: In Company Directory, the Actual Graph for Current Headcount is Not Displaying in Related Analytics

Symptoms
When Accessing Company Directory, under Related Analytics, the Actual graph for the "Current Headcount" does not display, however, the Group Box is Empty.
By clicking on the icon in order to expand the PivotGrid, the Data is displayed as expected.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage > Company Directory Tile - Related Analytics > Current Head Count.
