Symptoms
Users receive an error when trying to take action on fluid Job Action transactions from the Monitor Approvals page.
Fetching array element %1: Index is not in range 1 to 2%. (180,252) While fetching the value of an array element, the index was not within the length of the array
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Approvals
2. Search for an existing Job Action transaction
3. Try to approve or deny it. Error occurs.
