HCM: New Translate Values on E_ADDR_TYPE Field Not Reflected In Other Languages on the Address & Contact Type Config Page (Doc ID 3001922.1)

Symptoms

When updating translate values in another language for the E_ADDR_TYPE field, the Address & Contact Type Config page does not properly show or select the new translate values.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a non-English language
2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Maintain Translate Values
3. Add a new effective dated translate value to the E_ADDR_TYPE field, HOME value. Ensure both the regular and short value are different from the previous values.
4. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Self Service > Address & Contact Type Config, Email Type Control tab
5. Add a new row, and click the prompt for the Email Type field
6. Both the old and new HOME values will be shown. Select the new value
7. The page will populate with the old value.
