Symptoms
Global Search is not returning results for visible Content Reference Links that point to target hidden Content References.
It was expected that links that are visible and available to the user in the Menu Navigation to show up in Search Results on Global Search.
The issue was reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
[Use case refers to the Expense Report View page as an example]
1. Deploy and Build the PTPORTALREGISTRY index.
2. Login and perform a Search in Global Search for 'View'.
3. Observe that no results are shown, even though the Navigation Menu > Travel and Expenses > Expense Report > View is visible and available to the user.
