Symptoms
When the user attempts to create a Class Block or adding a class, the Remove Grade action is setting the Unit Load of the class to 0.00, and then getting errors as this should be set to the unit load of the graded component.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Block Enrollment > Create Class Block
2. Add a New Value & Enter Class Enrollment Block Name
3. Enter Term ,Select Action = Remove Grade and Class Nbr
4. Verify 'Unit' Field
