Evaluation Categories Field Sorting Issue in the Interview Evaluation Template Page. (Doc ID 3002037.1)

Symptoms

On the Interview Evaluation Template , Evaluation Categories cannot be arranged/sorted as needed.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Templates > Interview Evaluation Template > Interview Evaluation Template
  2. Add Category
  3. Add Another Category in the order you want
  4. Add one more Category in the order you want
  5. Save, re-check the template and the system has re-ordered the categories
