Symptoms
When there is no data entered on the Chart and Profile Settings, by clicking the "View My Profile" hyperlink in Company Directory the following error occurs:

While fetching the value of an array element, the index was not within the length of the array.
Steps to replicate the issue:
Prerequisite for testing: Make sure that there is no data entered under the following Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Org Chart Viewer > Chart and Profile Settings.
1. Navigate to Manager/Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage > Company Directory Tile.
2. Clicks "View My Profile" hyperlink, the above error is displayed.
