Symptoms
---------------
When saving a new application it takes 10-15 seconds to save.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Student Admissions -> Application Entry-> Add Application
2. Click Add New Value
3. Enter information on all pages as applicable
4. Save, Note amount of time it takes to save the application
