Symptoms
For one user, when creating a new journal using Spreadsheet Journal Import (JRNL1_WS), the buttons on the journal sheet are missing/not available.
This issue is isolated to one specific user.
Implemented solution per Document 1954596.1 but it did not resolve it.
Steps to replicate:
1. Open JRNL1_WS.
2. Verify Trust Center Settings are selected for user (one in 'Add-ins' selected).
3. Verify Macro Settings are correct for user (select 'Enable all macros').
4. Add JRNLMCRO_WS add-in for user.
5. Click on Setup & Defaults button to ensure setup is correct and click on New Sheet
6. User opens new sheet, however, the buttons are not available for journal sheet.
