Symptoms
A 9.2 instance on 23-D when submitting the TAX504.sqrl processing the Colorado and Oregon Paid family Leave is excluded.
Expect Colorado and Oregon Paid Family Leave record for 01-Jan-2024.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the TAX504.sqr
2. Observe no row for Colorado and Oregon Paid Family Leave with effective date of 01-Jan-2024.
