EGL9.2: In Fluid Approval On The View Journal Lines Only Anchor BU Are Displayed

Symptoms
After submiting an IU journal navigate to the fluid approval page. In the Fluid approval screen all the lines including the non anchor BU lines are displayed. But when user clicks on the “View Journal Lines” button to view the details accounting distribution section, only the journal lines for the Anchor BU are displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create IntraUnit Journal
2. Submit for Approval
3. Navigate to Fluid Approval
4. Click on View Journal Lines
