Symptoms

When accessing Life Event Document Upload, the below HR_ATTACHEMENT Error is triggered after adding a dependent during Life Event and Open Enrollment.

While fetching the value of an array element, the index was not within the length of the array.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Benefit Details >  Life Events >  Life Event Document Upload and create a new Life Event.
2. Add Dependent/Beneficiary Documentation.
3. When adding Life Event Documentation the above error occurs.
