Symptoms

The downloaded Excel file on any grid page is showing incorrect values.

USE CASE 1
==========
The first comma (digit separator) is displayed as a decimal point in Excel and the values after the first comma are displayed as three zeros. For example: an amount of 120,000.00 is downloaded as 120.000.

USE CASE 2
==========
If there is a currency symbol in the grid, the downloaded value in Excel is 0.

NOTE: This issue can be replicated on any page that has a grid and Download to Excel function.

For example, it can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Commitment Control > Review Budget Activities > Budgets Overview.
2. Create a new Search Inquiry using the Add a New Value button.
3. Enter Inquiry name.
4. Click Search.
5. On the Budget Inquiry Criteria page, populate the data.
6. Click Search at the top left of the page, this will load the Inquiry Results.
7. On the grid, click the Download to Excel button. Notice that the amount is incorrect.
