E-CA: PT 8.60.xx File Server is Not Found When Applying a Change Package (Doc ID 3003153.1)

On : 8.60.xx version, Change Assistant


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running the PSEMHUB and Change Assistant the PT 8.60.xx file server(s) are not being recognized.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The PT 8.60.xx file server(s) should be recognized.

In PT 8.60.xx when configuring the PSEMHUB, PSEMAgent(s), and the Change Assistant (CA) the CA is NOT able to recognize (pick up) the File server.
The PSEMHUB pings properly and the APP, WEB, and BATCH server(s) start pulsing  with a PEERID successfully. Only the APP, WEB, and BATCH server(s) are recognized (picked up)
