Symptoms
Internal Applicant Accounts are not created when OGL (Oracle Guided Learning) is enabled.
To reproduce the issue:
1. Follow the steps in Guidelines for Implementing Oracle Guided Learning in a PeopleSoft Environment (Doc ID 2799238.1) and install OGL on the environment.
2. Login.
3. From the 'Employee Self-Service' Homepage, click on the 'Careers' Tile.
4- Observe that the Internal Candidate Profile has not been created. The Welcome message also does not show the Employee name.
