Last updated on FEBRUARY 12, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Switzerland - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The AVS-2021 Waiver rules from AHV-excemption should not affect the excemption from unemployment contribution.

Verifying the payroll results, noticed that the active waiver switch (which shall inactivate the AHV/AVS excemption for the pensioneers) also affects the excemption of the pensioneers unemployment contribution. This should not be the case. The rules of the unemployment contribution are not part of the AHV-2021-Reform.
