ERM9.2: The RS_SO_AUDIT Record Is Not Capturing the Delete Action From the Delete Templates Page for Transaction Present in the Main RS_SO_TMPLT Record (Doc ID 3004412.1)

Symptoms

The RS_SO_AUDIT Record Is Not Capturing the Delete Action From the Delete Templates Page for Transaction Present in the Main RS_SO_TMPLT Record

The issue can be replicated at will using the following steps:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Resource management >Define templates > Service order Template
2. Add a new Template ID and Save
Notice that new rows will be inserted into PS_RS_SO_TMPLT and into the PS_RS_SO_AUDIT record with Audit action "A"
3. Navigate to Main Menu > Resource management >Define templates > Delete Templates
4. Search for the newly created Template ID
5. Check the Delete check box and click on the Save button.
Notice that:
- The Information is deleted from the PS_RS_SO_TMPLT record
- No information is added on the PS_RS_SO_AUDIT record
