E-PIA: Labels of Grid Fields are not Aligned with the Fields

Symptoms
The site is on PT 8.60.10 and FSCM PI 49.
The labels of grid fields for some grids are out of alignment with the fields.
The issue can be replicated as follows:
1. Log into PIA.
2. In the Employee Self Service Homepage, click eProcurement tile.
3. Click Create Requisition tile.
4. Click Requisition Defaults link.
5. In the Distribution Defaults section, observe the grid field labels and the fields are out of alignment across all tabs.
