EPY: If an Employee Changes Address Between Confirm and PDF Advice or Check, the Address Differs (Doc ID 3004759.1)

Symptoms


If an employee changes their address after payroll confirmation but before printing the advice or paycheck, the print the address inside on the top of the Advice or Paycheck shows the new address.
The address at the bottom of the check pulls the address from check table, which is the original address.
The expectation is that this address would be the new address on both locations.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Pay Confirm (Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Confirm Payroll)
2. Employee Changes Address in self-service
3. Run DDP003 or PAY003 (whichever the employee receives)
- Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create Direct Deposits > Create Direct Deposit File or
- Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Checks > Create PDF Paychecks
4. The top of the check pulls in the new address, but the bottom remains the original address.
