Symptoms

The GM Portal Project Summary Info page is not displaying the projects for the employee who has been given manual division-level grants portal security.

  1. Create a Proposal, Submit it, and Generate an award with the Add to Grants Portal check box checked.
  2. Grants > Grants Portal > Security Access > GM Portal Security Access - Click on the Division link and then Search for Employee and add the department of the award/project to the employee.
  3. Grants > Grants Portal > Project Information > GM Portal Project Summary Info - Does not display projects that are in the department to which the employee has access.
