Symptoms
Border on Attach Resume button gets cut off in Chrome & Edge on large screens in Candidate gateway job apply page.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Access the Candidate Gateway as an internal or external applicant using Chrome or Edge and a larger monitor , navigation : Main Menu > Careers
2. If external, login to an existing account or register as a new applicant. , Select any job posting and click Apply for Job
3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Next.
4. The issue occurs in Chrome and Edge browsers when zoom is set to 100%. When changing the zoom size to 90% or 110% its displaying correctly.Fire fox browser is working as expected.
