(Doc ID 3004964.1)
Last updated on JUNE 06, 2024
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Spain - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The deduction IRPF FWD is limited by the wrong NET salary.
This is happening when an employee has deltas of IRPF bases of the previous year and in the previous year, the IRPF % is greater than 15%.
The amount of Retro deltas is so high that produces a tax deduction (IRPF FWD) which causes a negative net.
The expected result is that the net of the employee would become zero, but the system produces a positive net
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. The current period is February 2023
2. Make a salary increase of 20.000 euros since June 2022 to an employee. Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
3. Run the February 2023 payroll which will calculate the retro change. Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll processing > Calculate Payroll and absence
4. Check the results.
