Symptoms
The following error occurs when opening the Acknowledgement step of the Open Enrollment Activity Guide:

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile.
2. When opening Acknowledgement step, see the error.
