Benefits Statement Tile Verbiage Shows Wrong Year for Open Enrollment Confirmation Statement (Doc ID 3005425.1)

Confirmation Statements were run for the 1/1/2024 Open Enrollment. The Statements can be viewed by employees at Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefit Statements tile; however, the message on the tile says "2023 Confirmation Statement".

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Run online confirmation statements for 1/1 Open Enrollment Events (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Participant Enrollment > Online Confirmation Statements).
2. Log in as an employee.
3. Navigate to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile.
4. See the message on the Benefit Statements tile referencing the wrong year.
