Symptoms

After running the ACA Data Extract, the ACA Employer Transmittal Data shows blanks for all months for the count of full time employees.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Run ACA Data Extract (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
2. Check the results on the ACA Employer Transmittal Data to see that the count of full time employees is blank for all months (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Employer Transmittal Data).
