The ACA Data Merge process was successfully run for Employee Amounts (Box 15); when the process is run again for Employee Data (Boxes 14 and 16), the process ran successfully but the ACA Employee Transmittal Data was not updated.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     2. Review ACA Employee Transmittal Data to see that there is a new row with a Process Status of Merged with Data Load and see that the Employee Amounts fields have been updated (Navigation: Benefits >
ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > Merge Other Sources).
     3. Run the ACA Data Merge to update Employee Data (Boxes 14 and 16) on the ACA Employee Transmittal Data (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > Merge Other Sources).
     4. Review the ACA Employee Transmittal Data to see that no additional rows with a Process Status of Merged with Data Load has been added (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA
Form Data > Merge Other Sources).
