Symptoms
When processing Electronic Payments through the Pay Cycle, the FIN2025 process ends in error.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Add vouchers using an EFT Payment Method: Accounts Payable Vouchers Add/Update Regular Entry
2. Process voucher payments: Accounts Payable Payments Pay Cycle Processing Pay Cycle Manager
a. Click button for Payment Selection & Creation
b. Click Process button for Electronic Payments
3. Process ends in error
