Symptoms
Automated Step Increment process (JOB007) is not adding steps In Job Data
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee with Salary Admin plan in job data
Workforce Administartion > Job Information > Job Data > Salary Plan Tab
2.This Salary Admin plan exists in Set Up HCM > Product Related > Compensation > Base Compensation > Salary Grades Page
3. Add a new job row in job data with an increment of 1 month to 01/01/2013
4. Now run Automated step increment process which needs to update job data with second step, Main Menu>Compensation>Base Compensation>Maintain Plans>Automated Step Increment
5. Process log empty for JOB007
6. Log file of CMP007 showing employee changes added to move to step
