Symptoms

Canadian French language employees encounter an error when selecting to print Benefit Statements:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee using Canadian French language.
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Benefits Details > Benefits Statements and select to view a Statement and click Print.
