No Warning Message When Saving Fluid Requisition With Blank Account Field (Doc ID 3006765.1)

Symptoms


System is allowing to save the requisition with a blank account field in PUM#46 however the account field was mandatory field in PUM#38


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to eProcurement > Create requisition and create a new requisition.
  2. Clear the account field.
  3. Save and the submit the requisition.
  4. Notice that there is no error or warning message and system allows the users to save the requisition with blank account field.
