‘An Unexpected Error Occurred During Multiple/Bulk Post Request’ Error When Patching TCSI Course Admission (Doc ID 3006802.1)

Symptoms

When user attempts to patch the TCSI Course Admission Transactions, the following error occurred. The system creates duplicate IB messages for a single TCSI transaction.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu >Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > Transaction Maintenance > TCSI Course Admission
  2. Search Student ID
  3. Click on Patch Button
