When attempting to access PeopleSoft Cloud Manager setting Tile,
the following error occurs.






The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Cloud Manager 17
2. Login to Cloud Manager
3. Access the Cloud Manager setting Tile
4. Experience the issue
