Is there any delivered way to prevent users from adding multiple Ethnic Groups in Self Service?

When adding via Self Service, looks like you cannot specify which Ethnic Group is Primary. This can be done thru Modify a Person but not in Self Service.

Also, in this can be configured so when employees adding multiple ethnicity codes thru Self Service, that they should be able to specify which Ethnic Group is Primary.
