From Administer Class Rosters if enter a name in the learner field and click on Search, Circle spinning stops after 4 ½ minutes with no search results.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as a Learning Environment Administrator
2. navigate to ELM Learning Admin Homepage, Enterprise Learning Tile, Learner Tasks, Administer Class Rosters
3.{enter} an employee name in the Learner field
4. {click} Search, notice after several minutes with no search results returned.
