EBI 9.2: Process BI_XMLPBURST Ends Successfully but Fails to Send Email or Supporting Document Is Not Present in Email After Upgrading to PUM 49 Or Higher. (Doc ID 3007739.1)

Symptoms

Scenario 1: Process BI_XMLPBURST ends successfully but fails to send an email. Message log shows email sent 0. This has been observed after upgrading to PUM 49.

Scenario 2: In one of the scenarios email was sent to the customer successfully but a supporting document was missing from the email and From email ID setup under Billing business unit is not used.


Replication Step:
-----------------------
1. Turn on notification composer from Set Up Financials/Supply Chain -> Install -> Installation Options.
2. Set Up Financials/Supply Chain, Business Unit Related, Billing, Billing Definition, Business Unit 4. Add From Email Address and check attach invoice image option.
3. Setup customer and contact for email as an attachment.
4: Create bill for the customer and contact you setup for email as an attachment. ( Billing - Maintain bills - Standard Bills)
5: Attach supporting document.
6: Run a single action job.( Billing > Generate Invoices > Non Consolidated > Single Action Job)
7: Review the message log of BI_XMLPBURST. The invoice attached is 1 but the Email sent is 0. OR Email is sent to customer but from email id is not from business unit setup and supporting document is also missing in the email.
