E-AD: Pushbutton / Hyperlink In Grid Throws Unrecoverable Error "PSPAL.12080: Abort: Unrecoverable exception received" (Doc ID 3007842.1)

Symptoms

In Application Designer a grid was added to a component's page, and a PushButton/Hyperlink was added in the grid. The checkbox for Classic Plus was selected.
When navigating to the component in PIA, an unrecoverable error was returned, and the following errors were found in the application server log.

If the checkbox for classic plus is de-selected and the component is returned to normal classic, the process works fine and the pushbutton link is seen in the grid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Application Designer, select Classic Plus checkbox on a component.
2. Insert a grid on a page belonging to the component.
3. On the grid, choose a pushbutton in the properties.
4. Save the work.
5. Navigate to the component in PIA, and observe that the error above is returned.
