Symptoms

When attempting to open PSADMIN menu after the server reboot, the following message is thrown for the first time. After that, it works fine.

"PS_CFG_HOME/peopletools.properties file has been updated. You should use the Refresh Config Home feature in your PSADMIN to ensure that all of your domains are current."


This issue can be replicated by:
1. Reboot the Application Server domain host machine.
2. Try to launch the PSADMIN menu to see the warning.
