EPY: When Running the Create State W-2 File for New Jersey the Wages Total Does Not Match RT Columns 10-24 on the File (Doc ID 3008017.1)

Symptoms

When Running the Create State W-2 File (Tax960ST.sqr) for New Jersey, the totals from the electronic file doesn't match the total on the W-2 File Summary Report.
The expectation is that these totals will match


Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Payroll for North America > U.S. Annual Processing > W-2 Reporting > Create State W-2 File
  - Enter State NJ
2. Click Run to run the Create State W-2 File
    - Enter State: NJ

3. Review the W-2 File Summary Report 
     - The Wages Total has one value
4. Open the file created and review the RT row columns 10-24
     - The total does not match the Wages total on the above report
