Symptoms
Fluid Job Data is throwing an error when creating a Job Action and selecting a CWR-only Action code on a CWR person that has only a single Job Data row.
This is not a valid action for Employees. Select an appropriate action.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CWR-only action at navigation Set Up HCM > Product Related > Workforce Administration > Job Actions
2. Go to fluid Manage Job tile
3. Search for the CWR worker that only has a single Job row
4. Create a Job Action, and choose the action code created in step 1
5. Error occurs
