Symptoms

When submit supplier registration on Supplier Portal. Getting error:

GetField: Field 'SUP_OB_HDR_WRK.ACTION' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155) SUP_OB_GRP_WRK.SUBMIT_PB.FieldChange PCPC:6279 Statement:109 The specified field was not found in the indicated scroll level. This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that specify a "scroll context" via a series of records and a field name. Review the PeopleCode that is generating the message and the page definition and correct as appropriate.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Menu>Suppliers>Supplier Registration>Manage Registration Information
  2. Supplier receives an email to register Click the “Register as Supplier” link
  3. Added the Access Code from the email. Click Next
  4.  Add Tax ID and Entity Name. Click next
  5.  Add an address. Click Next
  6.  Make up a contact. Use your email
  7.  Add Payment Terms, Invoice Address and Remit Address. Click Next
  8.  Click on any Category. Click Next
  9.  Click the check box next to Select to accept the Terms of Agreement . Click Submit. Getting the error
