Symptoms
The Life and AD/D Plan Table does not show the check box that provides the ability to specify covered relationships on dependent Life Insurance Plans.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Na vigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plan Attributes > Life and AD/D Plan Table.
2. Open the page for a Plan that covers dependents.
3. See that there is no ability to specify covered relationships.
