Symptoms
The Benefits Billing Calculate Periodic Charges process fails with the following error:
ERROR

Application Program Failed
In Pgm Section : FETCH-JOB
With Return Code: 00001
Error Message : End of fetch
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run the Calculate Period Charges process (Navigation: Benefits > Benefits Billing > Calculate and Review Charges > Calculate Periodic Charges).
2. Monitor the process on Process Monitor (Navigation: Process Monitor link).
3. When the process fails, see the error in the log file (Navigation: Details link, View Log/Trace link).
