Committee Members Not Appearing On the Define Committee Scheme Page. (Doc ID 3008221.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to add the 8 committee members on the Manage Committees page and navigates to the Define Committee Scheme page, only 4 committee members information appears on the Scheme Details.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community>Committees> Manage Committees
  2. Add a New Committee or Search Existing Committee
  3. Click on the Committee Members tab
  4. Add the Committee Members
  5. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR>Common Definitions>Evaluation Management System>Define Committee Scheme
  6. Search the Evaluation Category & Committee Scheme
  7. Verify the Members
