Job Data Category in Global Search is Not Returning Newly Added Employee Records. (Doc ID 3008275.1)

Symptoms

Global Search is not returning expected Job Data results for the users when performing an employee id search. The HC_HR_JOB_DATA Search Definition has been deployed and crawled. Users able to see the employee record 0 results but not the newly added employee records.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login as a Manger and go to Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage
  2. Click the Global Search Icon and enter an Employee ID
  3. Note only Employee Record 0 Results are returned
