ETL92: Timesheet - View By Monthly Timesheet Misaligned Column Headers With Time Entry Fields

Symptoms
When Expand Timesheet Detail option is selected on the TL_Installation table and user navigates to the Timesheet then changes the View By to Monthly, the timesheet has misaligned column headers with time entry fields.
Steps to Recreate:
Navigation: MSS > Team Time > Enter Time
1. Select an elapsed time reporter then navigate to the Timesheet page.
2. Change View By from Weekly to Period. Fields and headers are lined up.
3. Now change View By to Monthly. Check dates and header fields to the far right of the timesheet page. Note: misaligned column headers with time entry fields.
Business Impact:
Due to the issue users are confused with the delivered behavior that causes delays in processing.
